Policies

Payment: A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) must accompany all reservations.

Deposit: 100% of stay is required upon booking

Rates: As listed on the website, the nightly rates are based on the maximum occupancy per tipi, which includes children. 

Pets:  We welcome your furry family member! A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per night will apply on all reservations that include pets. The maximum number of pets allowed per cabin is one. Pets must weigh no more than 50 lbs., be kept on a leash at all times, be non-aggressive and may not bark excessively. Pets may not be left unattended.  Owners are responsible to pick-up after their pet’s while on the grounds. Poop-bags will be available.  Out of consideration for our other guests, excessively loud or disruptive dogs be asked to leave the property without refund.

Occupancy: Our Tipi's can accommodate a maximum of five people. A maximum of one twin rollaway bed can be added to most Tipi's. They are $20 per night. Please inquire with one of our team members to check for availability.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made by phone or email. You must receive a cancellation confirmation in order to consider your reservation cancelled. Weather conditions do not constitute an exception to the cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 30 days before your stay will receive a refund.  Cancellations made less than 30 days before your stay will not be refunded unless we are able to sell the room. There is a $25 cancellation fee for all reservations.

Check-in: Check-in services are available from 4PM-10PM. Please contact us to make arrangements outside of this time frame.

Check-out: Check out time is 10 AM.

Children: Children under 13 must be supervised at all times by an adult (21+). Parents or guardians are responsible for all individuals under 18.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10PM-8AM.

Internet Service: Quality Highspeed Internet service is provided as a part of your stay with us.  However, due to the rural nature of our property, the performance and connectivity provided by our service provider can vary.

Weather: The summer weather in Gardiner is generally pleasant.  However, weather in the Rockies can change quickly and as such heaters and heated blankets are provided in every Tipi.  It is recommended that you check the weather in advance of your stay, and always travel with warm and waterproof clothing should the weather turn chilly or wet. Should cancelation be necessary in the event of an extreme weather occurrence, you will receive a full refund.

Smoking: All tipis, reception and breakfast tents and grounds within the fenced in area are non-smoking. A designated area is provided in the parking lot for smoking. Smokers, please use this area only and use the provided receptacle for your cigarette butts as throwing cigarette butts on the ground is an extreme fire hazard.

Fires: For the safety of our guests and wildlife, no fire, lit candles, incense, or tobacco items are allowed inside the tipis. Campfires outside of the tipis will be maintained and monitored by the staff, with the exception of your designated propane fire pit.  Every tipi is equipped with a fire extinguisher.  

Outdoor Safety: Every effort will be made to secure and make safe all facilities under our management. For your safety, we comply with Yellowstone National Park rules: Do not approach wildlife, no matter how tame or calm they appear. Always obey instructions from park staff on scene. You must stay at least 100 yards (91 m) away from bears and wolves and at least 25 yards (23 m) away from all other large animals - bison, elk, bighorn sheep, deer, moose, and coyotes.  Do not feed any animals as it could harm them and it is illegal.

Food Safety/Garbage:  Picnicking at the hotel is a beautiful way to enjoy the grounds.  Leftovers, wrappers, disposable plates and utensils must be disposed of immediately after use in the trash cans provided on site.  Please do not bring any food or food related trash into the tipi.

Emergencies:  Please dial 911 for emergencies.  For other concerns please dial the 24-hour on-site manager line found on your receipt as a representative will be on-site at all hours. 

Damages: Damaged, or missing items within the tipis will be billed to your credit card.

Lost / Forgotten Items: Shipping charges will apply if you request us to package and ship your items left behind.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell or share your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transaction. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
